Logistics Policy

1. Delivery Range
Our delivery range covers the United States, Canada, Mexico, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, Japan and other countries.

2. Delivery Method
Our company provides a variety of delivery methods such as express delivery and logistics. The specific delivery method varies according to the product type and region.

3. Shipping Fee
All customers who purchase products from our company can enjoy free shipping service, and customers do not need to pay shipping fees.

4. Delivery Time
The delivery time varies according to product type, region and delivery method.
The delivery time in Taiwan and Japan is 3 to 5 working days, in Singapore and Australia it is about 7 to 10 working days, and in North America it is 10-15 working days.
Please consult customer service for the specific delivery time.

5. Signing for the goods
After receiving the goods, please carefully check whether the goods are intact. If the product is damaged, please refuse to accept it and contact customer service.

Return of goods

Our orders are valid for 7 days from the date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, in most cases, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All items are made to order, which means that when you place an order, we print and ship that item specifically for you. Due to the nature of these items, we will not accept returns or exchange requests for any reason, as our products are customized and printed on demand. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. An email confirmation is sufficient. In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).

If you need to return an item, please contact us at xglenzy@gmail.com for the correct return address. And include the following information in the email (this is required): order number, video/ photo of the defective product, complete shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs for return orders are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund time
Our support team will review the photos /videos of the defective item you sent within 48 hours and, if your item qualifies, we will forward it to you at no additional cost. In the unlikely event that a replacement product cannot be shipped, we will refund the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

The refund processing time is 48 hours, and the actual time of refund arrival depends on your payment method and bank processing time. It will generally not exceed 14 working days. Reasons for refund or exchange that always apply

If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially published.
